Acroboat was founded with one clear ambition: to make maritime crewing more transparent, personal, and predictable—for both clients and candidates. We were among the first to partner with ferry operators, and we continue to find better ways to solve the industry's challenges.
Direction
We don’t necessarily aim to be the biggest, but we will be the best. By 2028, we will be the preferred full-service provider for the major players in the offshore and maritime industries—inspiring the sector to foster a healthier market for both companies and candidates.
